Amando de Ossorio (April 6, 1918 – January 13, 2001) was a Spanish film director. He was one of the foremost directors of the Spanish horror upswing in the 1970s, especially for his Blind Dead quadrilogy, about the living dead templars which started with Tombs of the Blind Dead (La noche del terror ciego) from 1971.
